1.Whenever stated, 100% of monies raised will be donated to charities. In other circumstances revenue is shared equally between the charities registered and always4charity.

2.Funds generated through any affiliated purchasing programmes will be donated in the following proportions unless expressly changed: 75% to the charity of choice and 25% to always4charity.

3.Third parties cannot and will not use this website for commercial gain without the express permission of always4charity.

4. Any and all information supplied from and by third party websites is the responsibility and liability of such a third party. always4charity cannot be held liable for any person charity or corporate entity relying on any information given or received from any third party whatsoever.

5 always4charity reserves the right to amend change or update the always4charity web portal so as to conform to any legal or statutory requirements. always4charity will make changes without notice to any company, charity or third party details as deemed necessary to comply with always4charity code of business.

6. always4charity will not be responsible for any loss of data, profits or revenue or any other loss whatsoever or howsoever caused by interaction with any third party accessed through the always4charity web portal.

7. All parties who subscribe to or register with always4charity shall indemnify always4charity from any such losses.

8. Any third party herein affiliated to always4charity shall have ownership of their own operating policies; all such policies shall be available from the third parties herein.
